McGowan Property Services was established in 1992. Having worked in the construction Industry since 1978, achieving various qualifications in Quantity and Building Surveying together with specialist qualifications in timber treatment and damp-proofing, we have many years of experience and knowledge in various areas of building, maintenance and repairs.

Specialties

We specialise in mainly Fencing, Painting, Small Building Works but will always try to assist and deal with all customers demands. We would endeavour to recommend a qualified and experienced tradesman from our panel to assist you.

The business has been involved in various changes to adapt and ensure continual work ethics in present building work and business climates to provide a second to none service to new and existing customers.

Service is very important, our qualified Surveyor would visit your property at a convenient time to suit you. We would ensure all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. In addition to this we would show you our comprehensive photograph portfolio of recent previous completed works to give you an insight to our finished work.
