Bespoke Gates
Our gates single, double or customised are constructed on site to ensure bespoke finish.
Painting
We have undertaken various painting works both externally and internally of numerous properties (sample photographs available). Again, we always ensure that the customers’ needs are met.
Staining
We also offer a staining service to all new fences and gates. Note, a staining service to existing fences is available, if required. Various colours available.
General Work
We have undertaken and assisted in various works including small extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, gutter cleaning, clearing and resurfacing access roads/lanes, window repairs, re-roofing of garages and garden huts, demolition and various other works.
McGowan Property Services based in the south side of Glasgow have worked in the construction industry since 1978, achieving various qualifications in Quantity and Building Surveying, timber treatment and damp-proofing.
